If you're here, it's probably because, like me, you're going through — or have gone through — this particular stage of hormone therapy . A stage that's often long, sometimes exhausting, but also brings a new lease of life: that of remission, and why not of healing!

Here, no medical jargon, no guilt, no “you have to” . Just a caring space, between women, to share information, better understand your body , regain your energy, regain confidence, step by step.

Why this blog?

When I first started hormone therapy, I felt a little lost. Between the side effects, fatigue, weight gain, and the overwhelming emotions, you sometimes feel alone when it all happens.

So I wanted to create a place for discussion and resources , to help you get through this period more serenely. A place where you will find concrete advice , gentle motivation , and sometimes even a touch of humor , because we really need it!
